By enquiring, booking or travelling with Le Sween Holidays LLP, you agree to the terms below. Please read them alongside your specific tour quotation, as itinerary-level inclusions and dates always take precedence.
These Terms & Conditions govern every enquiry, booking and tour arranged through Le Sween Holidays LLP ("Le Sween Holidays", "we", "us"), whether made via this website, phone, WhatsApp, email or Instagram. By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of yourself and every traveller in your party.
A booking is confirmed only once we have received your written confirmation and the applicable advance payment. Package prices are quoted per the itinerary shared with you and depend on travel dates, group size, hotel category and current airfare/visa costs at the time of booking.
Every traveller is responsible for holding a valid passport (with the minimum validity required by China entry rules) and any visa, transit or health documentation required for their nationality. We can assist with visa guidance and paperwork support, but the decision to grant a visa rests solely with the Chinese consulate/immigration authorities.
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel, since hotels, internal flights, trains and local vendors in China are booked and paid for in advance on your behalf. As a general guide:
We build every itinerary carefully, but travel in China can be affected by circumstances outside our control. In such cases, we will always try to offer the closest available alternative.
Le Sween Holidays LLP acts as a booking and coordination agent for hotels, transport operators, guides and other third-party service providers in China. While we carefully vet our local partners, we are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by the independent acts, negligence or default of airlines, hotels, transport companies or other third parties, nor for loss of personal belongings during the trip. Travellers are strongly advised to carry adequate travel insurance for the duration of their trip.
Travellers are expected to comply with local laws, customs regulations and the reasonable instructions of tour guides, hotel staff and transport operators while in China. Le Sween Holidays LLP reserves the right to remove a traveller from a tour, without refund, if their conduct endangers or seriously inconveniences other travellers, staff or third parties.
All text, photographs, itineraries and branding on this website belong to Le Sween Holidays LLP or are used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or reused commercially without our written consent. Tour prices, itineraries and images on this site are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of a booking with Le Sween Holidays LLP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business in Kerala, India.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, supplier policies or applicable regulations. The "Revised" date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
